The manager at jumper fun is so kind, we won a 6 months free pass kindly gifted by jumpin fun, my kids had a brilliant time and we were made to feel super welcome. can’t wait to go back :-) I’d definitely recommend
My children (ages 7 and 11) love Jumpin Fun. We have visited on a number occasions for birthday parties over the last 2 years and we have been very impressed with the venue as a whole. The children always have a great time. The venue is always clean and the staff members always seem fun and helpful. We have visited the cafe on all occasions and have purchased yummy food for a good price.
It was very straight forward drive for us to Jumpin fun from Southampton to Salisbury.
They have there pit with balls where kids can deep in and play, throw ball in to basketball basket and just have fun.
Some mini ninja course I would say with various barriers, climbs, slides etc.
Inflatable pillows. One large slide and small slide.
Little fun place to spend time with kids.
They also have dining area with offered hot food and snacks, cold/hot drinks.
Also baby soft play area.
Although the place was fun for the kids
They have Worse customer service I have ever encountered.
The receptionist does not know how to talk.
Poor language.
I will not encourage any respected and decent family there
I only went there because I was on a visit at that area BUT NEVER again.
It was a bit crowded when we arrived and parking was difficult but once we managed to find a decent parking we got checked in quite quickly. There was a brief moment, about five minutes, where we had to watch the safety guidelines in a room. And once that was all done we had a swell time.
It is all indoors, so the cold weather was never an issue. It was actually warm inside.
Staff were on hand to supervise.
Had a great day yesterday my 2 children really enjoyed themselves. Thank especially to Emmy who made sure my daughter wasn’t left out on the race to get the light up spots as you enter the arena opposite the ball pit. She didn’t have a partner to play and so Emmy made sure she partnered with her which made her day- thank you so much! Great place
The staff are fantastic, very professional, welcoming with warmth reception to me and my little girls each time we visit .
We have been having great joy as we keep jumping with fun . It’s physically and mentally healthy and I would encourage every parent to have a go in their lives.
Thank you to Carla and Abi and your entire team for sharing the fun with us .
Peace & Love !
Great place for kids and adults! We took children age ranging from 4-11 on a bank holiday weekend and they all had a good time. It was very busy and in my opinion I probably wouldn't take a child younger than three during a normal session as the little ones were easily knocked by bigger kids and adults. I'm pretty sure they run sessions just for younger children though! The car parking was awful, over flowing with people parking all over the place not in spaces. This being said we had an enjoyable time and will probably visit again.
